Hebei Metals & Engineering Products Company Ltd. was established in 1974 and restructured from a state-owned enterprise to a private enterprise in 2005.

We are the pioneer of castings exporter in Hebei Province, China.
With 2 wholly-owned foundries and has a number of co-invested long-term supporting partners meet the needs of different customers for castings production (in various material & castings process), machining and surface coating etc……With China Government environmental protection policy, we invested another 20 million RMB upgrading the foundry facilities.

Grey iron & Ductile iron castings: 6000-10,000mts/year
Steel castings : 3,000MT / year.
Stainless Steel casting: 800 MTS/year
Non-ferrous metal casting:
Copper,Brass & Nickel Bronze: 400 MTS/year
Aluminum : 500 MTS/year

Inspection Capability

Equipped with SPECTROMAXX, / Spectrograph 2D Vedio Measurement / Rough meter、Altimeter / Hardness-testing / Pressure testing / CMM
Measuring devices and gauges are inspected by specialized office each week.

There are IPQC、Sequence inspector and final inspection to control the quality.
