We have 4 joint ventures include Aluminum, Copper, Brass & Nickel bronze castings
–Our foundries mainly produce Aluminum ,copper-based water pump products, and some copper-made handicrafts, with an annual output of about 400 tons.
–The product weight can be 0.05-100kg, the maximum size is 800*800. According to the requirements, the material can meet ROHS testing requirements, and the precision of casting products can reach CT7-CT8. With a spectrometer, the materials that can be made are shown below.
Aluminum: A356,A360,A380,A383, A413, A1-Si7Mg
We have the capabilities of producing aluminum alloy castings with an perfect in surface finish and in detail . We have a reputation as a premier aluminum castings supplier in China.
All of our aluminum alloy castings are produced by the casting process of precision investment casting process, or lost wax process, or permanent mold ,or green sand molding. We can produce complicated parts that many other foundries are unable to produce.
–Products are mainly exported to the United States and Europe, and the products are mainly water pump products. Our processing equipment has lathes, milling machines, and machining centers, and is equipped with three coordinates. Processing accuracy can reach +/-0.005mm, equipped with pressure detection and ultrasonic cleaning equipment according to product requirements
As per China’s environmental protection policy this year, we have upgraded the foundries and passed the acceptance test.
